Give support for partially disapearing layers ('couches biseautées' in french) in 3D stratigraphic models. In other words, these are stratigraphic layers which do not extend over the whole horizontal extension in the XY plane.

We're working on this issue: two possible alternative algorithms are being developed and compared to select the most robust/efficient one for inclusion in next releases.
