For any book cover, course logo, community logo, etc., one must commit to the GH repo.

By using Active storage, we could very quickly implement DB-only content management.

Approach

Set up AS with the app (S3 or something similar)
update the front-end code to show the AS image and fallback to the repo ones
setup Avo with a file field
(later) remove the files in the repo
