The settings data returned from the $ES command, which I assume gSender uses, reports setting type 4 for such settings. The sender should then presents a checkbox/toggle switch for each axis available. Axes configured and their corresponding axis letter is available in the AXS element in the $I report, e.g. [AXS:5:XYZAB].
