Description:

A secondary iPW instance is unable to draw itself properly if a former IPW instance's start-up tips dialog menu is still open
Note: When reproducing the bug with identical versions (v1.3, v1.4e) the bug occurs as stated, however with two different versions, the bug is unable to be reproduced

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open iPodWizard as administrator
  2. Navigate to the 'preferences' tab
  3. Enable 'Show Tip of the Day on startup'
  4. Close iPodWizard
  5. Open iPodWizard as administrator
  6. Ensure the tip dialog menu is not dismissed
  7. Open a new iPodWizard instance as administrator
  8. Observe the bug

Repro rate: 100%

Affected Version(s): v1.3, 1.4e
