This folder contains the original scripts for the generation of all plots for AdipoAtlas project.

Scripts are stored by plots separately.

Some raw image outputs might be edited further to add additional labels and markers for the production of the final image in the publication.

• R scripts:

  • KMD_plot
    • For KMD plots, please set the working directory to the folder of All_lipids_plots-v2.R in RStudio or use setwd
