Support systemd socket activation (listening on a unix socket)

Please describe the feature you want

I was trying to run the docker container under systemd (podman) and have it activated automatically when the port is used (to save RAM when not in use), however, it seems that the docker container / tabby itself would need to support listening to a socket given to it by systemd.
