Currently if followers=True then your follows are loaded at start-up only.

A custom (run.py setting) hourly value allowing periodically checking would be helpful.
So you can make changes to followers without restarting the script, if remotely located for example.

yes, would be great to regularly update the manual 'Array of streamers' or the followers=True list.

Convert streamers + bet and filter in dict so we can store in a .json…

…. After that we could save in .json and If a user write with the same structure in .json in the future we will be able to loadynamically. This feature is ref to : #73 #62
