Incorrect translation in ru dictionary

1. placeholders.default line

The default placeholder is "Ведите текст или введите «/» для команд",
which roughly translates to "Lead the text or type «/» for commands".

The more accurate translation would be "Введите текст или введите «/» для команд" (Enter text or type «/» for commands).

2. bullet_list.subtext line

Subtext includes a period at the end, but any other list doesn't (such as numbered list, check list). In english translation it is also absent.

To Reproduce

• create a BlockNote editor
• supply ru dictionary from @blocknote/core/locales to a useBlockNote
• observe the incorrect translation
