Disable input rules

I want to be able to disable all input rules like you did in c713182, but got discarded.

Additionally, the possibility to disable keyboard shortcuts (eg. Mod-Alt-0 for paragraphs).

Why do you want input rules and shortcuts disabled?

Does it make sense to disable ALL of them, or just individual ones?

Hello @nperez0111 , we are using BlockNote as intended, utilizing the mentions feature to reference resources in our application. This feature is very useful and offers many conveniences. Therefore, we would like to reuse the BlockNote component in multiple sections within our application (e.g., input components).

As a result, we need to disable the keyboard shortcuts and input rules to avoid interfering with our styles and maintain a flat paragraph.

It would be more practical for us to have a simple way to disable ALL of them, rather than having to disable them individually.

This is likely not recommended, BlockNote is meant to be a rich text editor, if you intend to only use it as plain text then this is not recommended.

As for disabling the shortcuts, I think you are probably better off removing the items which you do not need from the BlockNote Schema rather than just disabling the shortcuts to them: https://www.blocknotejs.org/docs/features/custom-schemas

I'm sorry but this does not sound to me like a valid reason to introduce this sort of complexity to BlockNote
