Steps to reproduce

Hey Oleksii,

I just bumped into this project, GitHub suggested it to me.

Terms of usage seem perfect, but I doubt that ruzzians would respect them.

Details

What will stop them from usage is a simple popup with the same terms writteт down and 2 buttons "Yes, I condemn Russia" and "No". They won't be able to click the Yes button. And for anyone who have troubles clicking the yes button this downloader can download Ukrainian videos instead of what they want to download, that'd be a nice easter egg 😄

Easter is coming soon, it would be nice to make a little surprise to ruzzians, they deserve it 😄
