Keep the current user prompts in the main, but also allow the user to give some command line arguments in order to spare them 4 user prompts every time they run this program.

See peracotta's main for inspiration.

Also add an option to just do the HTTP requests without saving anything, it may be useful in a cronjob if we want to ping GitHub's servers automatically
