missing lib/hh550.hg18.gcmodel

Hi,
The examples folder has a number of tests to validate a build.
The example number 3 is missing lib/hh550.hg18.gcmodel

[kaichop]

This is an old array with an old genome build, so it is not included in the
github to reduce size of repository. Users are advised to create their own
gcmodel file.
