UX: Variable resolution #398

The current release resolves variables in their order in the variable list.

Possible approaches to improve user experience are:

global setting to choose either list based resolution or order based as variables occur
setting per shortcut to do same as no. 1
setting per shortcut with used variables in an orderable list
top down resolution of variables in shortcut. starting with url field, then header, auth,... (most likely as it was before the change)

Anyone else with additional approaches? I would prefer no. 4, followed by no. 3 (which has quite some development efforts in it)
