I am using Huawei Hongmeng next5.0 system and cannot add it to the shortcut toolbar.
Is there any solution?

Hi,
Unfortunately, I don't really have a way to debug this, as I don't have access to a Huawei device and I'm not familiar with this shortcut toolbar feature.
Could you check whether this issue only exists with this app, or whether other apps that use shortcuts (e.g. a browser's website links) are also affected?
