I'm using MCMCTree's approximate likelihood method to estimate the divergence time. But the program didn’t generate the out.BV file; it only runs up to “Sequences read” and then terminates (can't go to “Compressing” step) with a message “error: oom p2s or zt”. At first I thought this is related to OOM Killer, but there is no OOM related information in the syslog, and the system memory should be very sufficient.
What can I do to solve this problem?
