  • CBA: stable [e.g. 3.0.0 stable, commit hash]

Description:
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Missiles with defined stability coefficients will turn erratically due to improper calculation of their weather vaneing. High immediate velocity change will cause a stability axis to spike, and will not properly give angles. Perhaps change to relative change? To investigate
