Complete the UI for the Link Shortener Edit/Delete Link Screen

We need to add Edit Link Button in the Linkry View all Links Screen. Please understand and copy the logic from the Manage Events Page. Note the position & theme of the Edit Button: (fix the alignment too)

Only redirect URL and Members access will be editable !!

On click, the user will land on a separate screen, where they can edit the existing user access and redirect URL.

Also modify the delete dialog box to include a "cancel" button beside "delete".
