Delete Entry Deleted multiple entries

I encountered a bug in the Pokedex section where attempting to delete a single entry resulted in multiple entries being deleted.

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to the list of entries.
Select a single entry to delete (I wasn't happy with the picture).
Confirm the deletion.
Notice that two other entries also disappeared.

Expected Behavior:
Only the selected entry should be deleted.

Actual Behavior:
Multiple entries are deleted when attempting to delete a single entry.

Device:
Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra
Chrome browser
Logged in via Google.

I've tried logging out and back in with no results. If there's anything I can do to help, let me know.

I tried to reproduce the issue on my side but didn't have success.
