re: "price depends on number of requests" is there more you can think of to add to this section on pricing?

That seems pretty clear:

How is billed time calculated?
Based on "time serving requests" on each instance.

It's a good idea to use Cloudflare or Cloud Load Balancer in front of your Cloud Run services.
