Since the UCSC genome browser only supports version 6-8 hic format (https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/hic.html__;!!GX6Nv3_Pjr8b-17qtCok029Ok438DqXQ!2dbfZo-clrBUa7wOaEaB8wutfJ3mL8xjx7A7ZzusiFkAR_VP0d1nU2MT_habomngZiutxkndgF7mm-3T$),

is there any way to create a version 8 hic file using pre?
