Juicebox visualization for inter-chromosomes

Hi,

I met a problem of Juicebox visualization for inter-chromosomes, I find if change two genes order the output totally different, and one output is wrong. And even I give the genomic coordinates, the results also different and one of them are wrong if I change the genomic coordinates order.

Attached is Hoxa1 and Hoxb1 interaction results, just change the order and one of them are wrong.
