Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When investigating why an uploaded file doesn't preview the way it is supposed to (or the text is not searchable) it is very useful to understand at which point of time it was ingested and which version of ingest-file and followthemoney were used.

Describe the solution you'd like
Debugging ingestion failures is significantly easier if for any ftm entity processed by ingest-file we were able to also display this information:

  • Ingested at: 2023-01-15 (I am not sure about using the term "Ingested" because we don't use it in the UI)
  • ingest-file version: 3.18.0
  • followthemoney version: 3.1.8

Describe alternatives you've considered
Can't think of any.

Additional context
"Mockup"

Open questions:

  • do we want to say "Ingested at"? Or rather "processed"? Or something else?
  • do we need the Aleph version here as well?
