0.5.0 (latest release)

Please describe the bug 🐞

What are the differences between Fluss and Paimon in terms of functionality and performance? Both seem to use LSM trees and persist to remote storage. Both support low-latency streaming writes and reads. I'm very confused, thank you in advance.

Seems Fluss is more likely to the kafka, it supports realtime read & write with the kafka protocal, but it supports query faster.
