Example references missing example-utils repo

Hello,

I would like to follow the guidance issued here: https://github.com/amireh/happypack/blob/master/examples/extract-text-webpack-plugin/versions/2/happy/webpack.config.js

However, the @happypack/example-utils repository does not exist in NPM so I am not able to continue. I tried to search this repository for similar looking methods but failed to find something suitable.
