Check if the plugin is compatible with SF

This was developed with SFDX:

https://github.com/anandbn/sfdx-bot-utils.git
https://github.com/anandbn/security-sfdx-utils.git

We are looking to upgrade it to SF CLI and wanted to know if that works with SF instead of sfdx or else are there any other plugins related to SF CLI which replaces these above plugins. Thank you!
