azure-eventhubs the tests are currently run only against real Azure API. It would be handy to have also mock tests.

Wiremock is not enough because there is some qpid communication going on
Azurite does not support eventhubs either see Support azure-eventhubs Azure/Azurite#690

Actually the eventhubs client can be configured to use websockets instead of qpid. Maybe it would not be that hard to mock.
