Description

When i try and commit changes on an Appsmith.com hosted application, i get this error.

Git command execution error: Exception caught during execution of reset command. Cannot lock /appsmith-stacks/git-storage/6523d038a373801e08576b6f/657ac6bcff94af662d468bb0/myapp-shared-appsmith/.git/index. Ensure that no other process has an open file handle on the lock file /appsmith-stacks/git-storage/6523d038a373801e08576b6f/657ac6bcff94af662d468bb0/myapp-shared-appsmith/.git/index.lock, then you may delete the lock file and retry.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to Commit Changes..
  2. Error pops up there

I'm having the same git issue.

Ensure that no other process has an open file handle on the lock file /appsmith-stacks/git-storage/662bac2503c7bf1bb280a1df/662bb3e20a738a1f9a9973d8/app-smith/.git/index.lock, then you may delete the lock file and retry."
