Ethernet shield2 V2 schematic and design files are outdated

I am currently investigating an issue where an ethernet shield2 will work correctly when connected to a Mega2560 directly, but not when I connect it via jumper wires.
While investigating, I found that the hardware does not match the schematic nor the eagle files.
The 4 LEDs on the right are missing and in the MISO line, there are a some new components that are not mentioned in the schematic. One seems to be a non inverting buffer SN74LVC1G125DCKR like those in the MOSI, SCLK and CS lines.

Is there an up to date schematic available somewhere?
