Misleading hanging indentation in markdown lists with soft break and multiple paragraphs

If I want to have an increased hanging indentation for markdown lists to get without hard breaks

- one time
  2nd line

  2nd paragraph
  5th line

, has this to be supported by the editor or can this be done by language-gfm?

So far, the 2nd line has no hanging indentation and only the 2nd paragraph is indented correctly.
