Open Desktop DNS toolkit
Please read the documents and follow the notebooks.
The different binaries are the 3DNS-gpu solver for different platforms.
The recommendation is to use an AWS instance with the NVIDIA HPC SDK SMI - p3.2xlarge, p3.8xlarge or p3.16xlarge.
Run simulations on these instances with the 'threedns_aws_*' binary. This has been compiled using nvfortran 23.1-0 64-bit target on x86-64 Linux -tp haswell.
The 'threedns_wilkes' binary can be used on the Cambridge Wilkes 3 machine
The other binaries may work on other systems - these have been compiled using NVIDIA HPC SDK container version 23.1 . The cuda version and target processor is indicated by the binary name.
It is not possible to guarantee these will work on all platforms. If you have a specific requirement please get in touch and it may be possible to provide specific binaries for other systems.
