Transparency not working on windows 7

Still looks blocky, and you can see that the unfocused tabs still have the old style (I'm hovering my mouse over the google tab).

Well that's interesting, I havent used windows 7 for 100 years, but I'll test it and see what's up.
It's interesting that you get the same bug on wilfredwees code, when I started the development for australis he didnt have white tabs, now he does, well who cares? The code is open source anyway, the sooner others pick up the development of my code, the less I'll have to work at it 💃
