sofa-client rpc调用超时控制不准确 #218

下载了最新版本的sofa，client设置调用超时时间是1ms，同步调用方式，每次都是在100ms之后返回超时错误，这个是什么原因呢？

因为超时检查的定时器是以100ms为周期的，所以实际最小的超时时间是100ms

在RpcTimeoutManager::start里可以看到
