proxy未设置时，检测系统代理，如果设置了系统代理则使用系统代理。
如果proxy值为no，则不检测并使用系统代理

已在banexg的commit中支持

优先从传入的yml中解析代理，如果未设置则从HTTP_PROXY或HTTPS_PROXY中解析，如果仍未设置，则从系统配置(支持windows, macos, linux)中解析代理

如果yml的proxy设置为no，则不使用代理
