When running a VM, accesses to the
/nix/storeare slow. This causes a lot of programs to start up or operate slowly. This is particularly visible over interactive use.Sharing over Virtiofs instead appears like a good solution https://github.com/lourkeur/RedNixOS_guest/commit/15563dcc1ecfcf3db4c5df4e3f8a91f4e9daf463
