webchess is grabbing the gmae_id from webrisk

change all to location/type as in: from_sqr, to_col, capt_idx, etc
use three letter types for all:
make sure to also switch $board[row][col] -> [col][row]
for easy (x,y) compatibility
sqr = php notation square number: 0-63 = a1 - h7, l->r, w->b
col = php notation col number: 0-7 = file a-h, always do col then row, ie x then y
row = php notation row number: 0-7 = rank 1-8
til = chess notation square (tile): a1, g4, h8, c3
idx = php notation expanded FEN index number: 0-63 = h1 - a7, l->r, b->w

currently working on:

things to test for:
- castle moves, both sides, both colors, valid and invalid from
multiple positions
- en passant moves, both colors, all possible combinations
- pawn promotions, all promotes, all squares
- checks and mates (basic functionality, don't even try to test all)
