Can you pls add your server.js as a sample to this repo?

I facing some issues starting xvfb using web: DEBUG=* xvfb-run --server-args="-screen 0 1280x1028x24 -ac +extension GLX +render" node ./start.js

Maybe your server.js do some things that i don't.

I end up starting an http server to satisfy the heroku web process needs.
