[BUG] Getting "Ignoring Stream Decks devices as the stream deck app is running" when the stream deck app is not installed #3261

Is this a bug in companion itself or a module?

Describe the bug

We used to use the Streamdeck plugin for Companion but have decided to use the direct connection instead. The Streamdeck app is removed from the computer but Companion keeps saying that "Ignoring Stream Decks devices as the stream deck app is running" when I click "Rescan USB".

Does anything show up in task manager with a name containing 'Stream Deck'?
I'm not able to reproduce this issue
