As a user I would like to classify torrents by language, in order to index and search for torrents in my preferred languages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Language detection for movie and TV content is already reasonably accurate; for other miscellaneous torrents we might consider using https://github.com/pemistahl/lingua-go. Any integration would need to consider accuracy and resource usage.
