Account Fixes

  1. Fix related to partner credit / debit fields and computation on multi company
  2. Fix the tax computation when creating a refund invoice from an invoice.
  3. Backport of ir.model.access rules of v10, moslty to allow account users (without sale or others) to manage products
  4. Backport of code being editable on journals: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/commit/d0029f11ce5d4b9e9de6ceb8a1904c76915cee84 (REMOVE on v10)
  5. Make readonly the journal_type related field of bank statements so that users are allow to create statement without perm to write on journals.
  6. Overwrite create_bank_statement method so that users are allow to create statement without perm to write on journals.
