The "old" VCE Editor (before AVANSET bought them) had the ability to import Questions from Text files. E.g.

Q1.
How is the weather?

A. Good
B. Bad
C. Ugly
D. None of the above

Correct Answer: B
Explanatin:..

And so on.
I find this more easier to edit text files than making questions with an mouse driven user interface.
I think this would not be too hard to implement.
