Cannot Create or Save New Exams From Creator

When Clicking > New > then filling out the form > and clicking save:

An "Input String was not in the correct format" error is raised.

This happens when either attempting to create a new exam, or when loading a sample.

Note: No modifications were made to the same exam.... just opening the sample, and clicking save raises the error.

The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
