Cannot write to this repository

I am getting this message when trying to install GitHub Committer Tools. I do not own the repository, but I am a collaborator.

I found as a workaround, I can use code like this in issue body:

I guess I found the solution. You need to request permissions in "Settings" / "OAuth applications" so that third-party applications are able to handle organisations.
