[Bug] Main window distorted when Change DPI Scaling Level

Change system DPI scaling level to 125% cause the software to not show all of its contents. Look:

i'll see what i can do about the scaling issue.
Another fellow has fixed the Chinese translation for us, it is merged with this codebase but the next update won't be for a while.
In the meantime to fix the language file you can save this file
