2251-03 (2303) Error - System.InvalidOperationException

I bought the Toshiba TransMemory MX 8GB (THNV08SUZBLK)
I followed the steps on http://null-byte.wonderhowto.com/how-to/make-your-own-bad-usb-0165419/
for dumping the "malicious" firmware. When I dumped this modified firmware (I made a backup before)
I got the following error:
