Suport CSS modules

It is the continuation of this other issue: #156

This one for now is waiting for the changes in Bun.build after the introduction of CSS Parser. Surely soon it will be supported and we will only have to do some adaptation (or not), I leave the issue open to remember.

The best thing is that they work in both Web Components and Server Components.
