UTFC has some tables for that, we just need to port them. I'm not quite sure about the font names it corresponds to as I can't find the fonts, but the following document

09年扫描古籍文献目录文稿.pdf__Hint_Needtokeeppage119-148..pdf

has the fonts JBHGSS, JBHGZWHZ and JBHGZWBZ which seem to be in the Huaguang encodings
