Sometimes there is parsing errors on api-definition. Find and resolve them

Known ones:

  • Reference link unparsed (beacause href is /wiki/... instead of fr.wiktionary.org/...) Issue unknown (maybe a problem bc link was deleted and not replaced by reference tag)
