The lack of a defined license for the project prevents various automated tools that do things like perform license checks, which may prevent it from being able to be used in various organizations.
It would be great if an appropriate license can be defined for both the repository and the project on powershellgallery.com.

Both the repository and the download on powershellgallery.com don't have a license defined. While the README does cover the licenses for the components it depends upon, there is no license covering the code that is unique to this repository / product. Line 25 in ORCA.psm1 does look like a license of sorts, but it's also not a 'standard' license that would be understood by github ( https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/licensing-a-repository#searching-github-by-license-type ), and this isn't reflected anywhere on powershellgallery.com either.
