Make it possible to define multiple inheritance in a localisation class.
will need to prevent circular refs though!
and obviously - first matched translation is returned, so inheritance order will be important

not so sure if this will be that useful. could be but we'll have to provide ui for handling such scenarios when overriding inherited keys.
