question about cloak on udp #292

hello having some questions:
I know Cloak is working on UDP mode but what is the point of that?

is this connection gonna obfuscate to https or obfuscation of cloak work when we are not using TCP for cloak?

it's not possible to run OpenVPN in udp mode and pass it though TCP mode of cloak right?
